Smart Defense+ is an online, self-defense training program designed to educate and empower women. Guided by trained professionals, participants learn how to use their strength and voices to protect themselves and feel in control of their bodies and boundaries.
Smart Defense+ is typically a paid program—but through the Malouf Foundation, we’re offering a promotional corporate package with 3 months of FREE access.
